About
I pulled wire before I routed leads.
I'm Alex Cross. Before CrossFlow, I was an electrical contractor — which means I know exactly what it feels like when the phone rings and both your hands are inside a panel. That call was a job. By the time you called back, it was somebody else's job.
I taught myself to build agentic systems because I couldn't find anything that actually fixed that problem — just chatbots and form-fillers dressed up in AI language. So the systems I build now are wired the way I'd wire anything: traced first, built clean, and tested under load.
I'm based in Milan & Jackson, Tennessee. Home services is where I started, but the systems don't care what you sell — if your business runs on inquiries, quotes, and follow-up, I can wire it.
